About Annex Real Estate Appraisals

    I'm a Certified Residential Appraiser and I strive to be the best appraiser possible. I have completed additional continuing education with an emphasis on new technology and unique and complex properties.  Through my focus on education I have earned my place as a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute.

    I take pride in my work;  I believe in being on time to appointments, making due dates, and listening to my clients.  With over 25 years in various Customer Service roles my clients are always a priority.

    An appraisal fee is dependent on an assignment's complexity, location and the availability of information.  Provide the property address, property description (approximate square footage, bedroom & bathroom count, garage description, remodel or update information) and the purpose of the appraisal.  We will respond with an estimated fee and completion time.
